For couples looking to use the full support and experience of a wedding planner, these are the elements that we would source and manage on your behalf. At the initial consultation, through regular meetings with you and at each stage of planning, we will discuss your individual requirements, ensuring that you are in full control and the wedding is designed reflecting your style and wishes.

Venue search and co-ordination: Using our extensive and up-to-date knowledge and experience of Wedding venues we have discovered, we can find and manage the right location for you.

Wedding supplier management
: We manage and co-ordinate suppliers, ordering samples, arranging appointments, handling paperwork, confirming all timings, details and deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to: Florists, entertainers, transport-providers, cake designers, caterers and photographers.

Creative styling: Whatever your fancy, from a simple colour scheme to enchanted forest, let our sourcing skills and imaginations help you realise your vision. From the initial invite to the finest detail on the dining tables, we can make it happen.

Advice: We are constantly updating and vetting our “little black book” of tried and tested experts in everything from speech writing to dress designers.

Attendance on the day: We will be there, discreetly in the background, making sure that everything runs smoothly. Typically, there will be two wedding planners on hand, from the initial set up until your departure to ensure absolute attention to detail.

How do we charge for this service?
Our fee for design and management of a wedding day is calculated and quoted following our consultation with you. It is based on a percentage of the agreed wedding budget or our minimum fee of £1,500. We have no exclusive contracts with suppliers: any commissions or discounts offered are passed onto you. This allows us complete freedom of choice to reflect your style and wishes and is not driven by a desire on our behalf to gain extra revenue. It is our experience and ambition to deliver your ideal wedding within a budget that you are comfortable with and we shall be open and honest with you in our communication to ensure this happens

Optional extras

Invite & RSVP Management: This service is for those who find themselves too short of time to manage the invitation process for their wedding or just simply don’t want to do it! This includes:
• Suggesting wording and etiquette advice
• Preparing and managing the printing of invite attachments such as accommodation recommendations, maps and directions
• Managing a calligraphy service if needed. Cost of calligrapher additional
• Compiling a database from addresses supplied by you in electronic format
• Preparing, collating and mailing one set of invites excluding the cost of postage
• Logging guest responses, advising you of non-responders for chasing, ensuring special requirements are noted and fulfilled such as diets, children’s requirements, illness
• Acting as the primary contact for any guests with queries
• Handing all information over to you for preparation of seating plans and notifying caterers and suppliers (if we aren’t providing this service for you)

Cost:
£300 based on a wedding with a maximum of 120 guests
Additional guests will be charged at £8 each.

Additional options:
Telephone chase up of non-responding guests: £25 per hour.

Accommodation Management: For those couples with a large proportion of travelling guests, we offer the following service:
• Researching and locating suitable hotel options
• Negotiating and setting up bookings within relevant properties for your guests
• Acting as a point of contact for your guests to make bookings
• Supplying all relevant information to the hotel such as a rooming list with special requirements

Cost:
£250 based on between 20 and 40 bedrooms needed.
Management of additional rooms will be charged at £10 each.
